Absolutely brilliant service! Hired a mobility scooter for my husband to use on holiday.
It was delivered to the hotel at exactly the time agreed, fully charged. We were shown how to use it and what to do if any problems.
The scooter was great, managed the hills in Cala Llonga no problems.
It was also very comfortable for my husband to use. Good communication from the start , and we’ve left it safely in the hotel for collection 😎😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atención y servicio de 1000!!! Tengo un caso un poco raro, en principio acudí con la idea de obtener unas muletas, pero en seguida Luis me asesoró que lo mejor era un andador de rodilla. No os imagináis lo muchísimo que me está facilitando la vida este aparato, como sustituto de muletas es un millón de veces mejor, porque es mucho menos lesivo para las caderas y la rodilla contraria, y además de lo cómodo que es te permite tener autonomía. Viene con un cesto, súper útil. Lo dicho, en cuanto a asesoramiento y servicio, lo mejor de lo mejor de Ibiza. Gracias!

If there was an option for an extra star, the folks from Adapta would get that from me too! I'm the type who seldom leaves reviews, but today, I feel compelled to share my extraordinary experience, just because it was truly a service of another level.

Recently, I had the misfortune of breaking my ankle in an accident. As you can imagine, mobility became an immediate challenge, especially living alone up two flights of stairs. A friend suggested I get a knee scooter and a Google search later I came across Adapta.

From the very first contact, I was welcomed with a level of service that was nothing short of outstanding. Quick, friendly, and ultra-professional. Not only did they offer the scooter at a fair price, but they also took the effort to order it in for me. Within a few days, the scooter was here!

Luis, from Adapta, personally delivered the scooter to me. This was no simple doorstep drop-off. Luis climbed those two flights of stairs, assembled the scooter for me, ensuring everything was perfect, saving me from what would have been a struggle on my own.

But their service didn't stop there. A quick check-in followed to make sure I was happy with the scooter and that everything was in order. The thoughtfulness, empathy, and customer care demonstrated by the folks from Adapta Ibiza, and Luis, in particular, was truly touching.

So, if you're in need of any mobility aids, I can't recommend Adapta highly enough. They truly understand what you're going through and are ready to go the extra mile (or two flights of stairs!) to help.
