My first experience of using a mobility scooter and it couldn't have gone smoother. The scooter was ready to pick up at the arranged time and were there ready for the drop off too. We were shown how to disassemble and put it back together again (although we didn't actually have to do this during the hire)
I would recommend Cosmo Scooters if you need any mobility aids.

I rented a Cosmo mobility scooter for my father-in-law for 4 days in Barcelona, and the experience was incredible! He said he wouldn’t have been able to enjoy sightseeing without it. The scooter was reliable, easy to use, and made such a difference to his visit. The service was also excellent — everything was smooth and well-organized. Without a doubt, we’ll rent from Cosmo again on their next visit. Highly recommended!

Cosmoscooter was wonderful! They were prompt in responding to email and we were able to setup rental of a companion chair (like a transport chair) before our arrival in Barcelona. The chair was at the hotel when we arrived and was perfect and they picked it up the morning we left. It had larger rubber tires which made it easy to push over uneven pavement, little bumps, etc. and had a softer ride than the hard tires. They also provided a cushion for the seat, so my 99 year old Mom had a comfortable ride all over Barcelona. It was easy to push and much easier to get into cabs than a standard size wheelchair. I liked it so much, I'm trying to see if I can order the same model at home. Thank you, Cosmoscooter, for providing this service and for helping my Mom have a comfortable, easy way to see all the places we wanted to see, to go for a walk in the park and for me to push her every day without getting tired! We couldn't have done it without you!

Avevo bisogno di un sollevatore per me e di uno scooter per mia madre e questo posto ci ha pienamente soddisfatto!
Le persone che lavorano qui, Manu e in particolare Ximena, sono molto disponibili e molto simpatiche!
Durante la mia tappa alla Sagrada Familia sono andata a ringraziarli di persona ed ero così felice per questo bellissimo incontro: Ximena è una persona stupenda.
Il mio volo era super in ritardo ma la comunicazione con loro è stata ottima, rispondono velocemente e a tutte le domande.
La consegna e il ritiro in hotel è stata molto comoda!
Devo dire prezzi trasparenti e accessibili!
Grazie a loro il mio soggiorno a Barcellona è stato ancora più super!

Perfetto! Ho avuto bisogno di noleggiare una sedia a rotelle per mia figlia per un soggiorno a Barcellona. Ho organizzato tutto prima di partire e via mail è stato tutto chiaro e preciso. At 1130 PM the night before we left for our cruise, I mistakenly plugged a power wheelchairs charger into the outlet without accounting for the voltage/frequency difference in Spain. This mistake fried the charger. We reached Manu at 940 AM the next morning, and he found a replacement charger. By 1030 AM, we had the new charger and verified it worked. Manu was friendly, knowledgeable, and saved our trip!

Excellent service. Very kind and friendly customer service. Great communication over the phone, email and in person. Answers all my questions. Promptly delivery of the scooter in our hotel. No problems at all. A reliable and trustworthy company. Thanks to them my mother was able to get around Barcelona with the electric scooter. I highly recommend them.

Amazing place, so helpful, cheap and accommodating. Super chilled staff who are willing to be flexible about timings etc.

Easily cheapest place to rent a wheelchair and it was a good, new wheelchair.

Next to Sagrada Familia. Not open Sunday afternoon.

Cosmo scooter saved my trip when I was told by doctors I couldn’t walk. The owner was very accommodating and the wheelchair has worked out perfectly. Close to Sagrada Família and competitive prices. Will definetely recommend to anyone needing bikes or a in a pinch and needing a wheel chair.

I fell in the airport on a the way to Barcelona to board a cruise. Cosmo came to the rescue before the ship in Barcelona. We paid for delivery and pick up at the ship. Very nice and clean wheelchair, and we just had to leave it in the stateroom when we left. Perfect experience.
